We just returned from Cabo last week... and we also selected Cabo del Sol for our ceremony/reception site. We will have the ceremony at the Meadows as well... haven't decided on the rock or cactus backdrop. :-)

 

We are planning to return in March for the tasting. Your pictures look amazing... so I can't wait!

 

You forgot to mention the amazing bride room! :-) Seriously - that sealed the deal when i saw that!!!!! I also loved the idea that they only do one event per night, and we will be completly private. Our wedding is in July... so the a/c option is a plus as well. The weather was amazing last week with the breeze blowing across the veranda... not sure we will have that cool breeze in July....

Congrats Kristin! It is very exciting to finally cross the venue off the list of things to do! We actually didn't want the cactus or the rock in our photos, so we picked out a location between the two so that neither will be in any close up pictures. (It's the background of my photo below.)

Our wedding is a year from this June...so I completely understand what you mean with the a/c option. Especially after coming in from the cocktail hour outside, if it is hot out it will be a lifesaver for our guests!

Good Luck! I may be biased, but I think you picked the perfect spot!

Maria is no longer the wedding coordinator either...now the coordinator is Luz Maria. The changes are frustrating, but I have been thrilled with Luz Maria thus far. Her e-mail is
