I have Celiac Disease and therefore must adhere to a gluten free diet. I was wondering if anyone else has had to arrange for gluten-free menu items... I'm a little concerned that it might be difficult with a language barrier.

i know your big day has come and gone but i was wondering what you did for gf food options? where did you wed? was it all inclusive? were kitchen staff able to accommadate you? im facing the same issue and am having a fit about potentially having to bring gf cupcakes from Whole Foods all the way to the dominican republic so i can have "cake" on my wedding day :(
