Iberostar Daiquiri

Hi, I'm getting married January 26, 2010 at the Iberostar Daiquiri and I'm having trouble finding any info from people who've been there or got married there. Any ID brides out there who can let me know how it went or any tips?

We're actually getting married there on January 20th. It's been difficult finding info from other peoples weddings at the Daiquiri but so far our dealings with the resort have gone well.

Oh wow, so close to our wedding! It is really hard to find anything about it... On tripadvisor they've got good reviews for weddings so I'm sure everything is going to be great

 

Have you planned any of your stuff for at the resort yet? So far they have just told me that I will meet the coordinator at the resort and discuss all the options. I'm a little nervous because I get there on Sunday and the wedding's Tuesday

We have received the same info, that everything will be planned when we arrive. the only thing they wanted to know in advance was the number of people that were attending the wedding so that they can be prepared for the meal.

We will be flying out that Sunday when you arrive. Too bad as we could have filled you in on what to expect.

Do you know what meals you're doing yet? So far I'm just trying to figure out how many people want lobster, and I'm not sure what the other option would be because once again it's planned when we get there

We decided against the lobster dinner (due to allergy) and they have said everyone can order off of the regular menu.

Congrats on the upcoming wedding! I'm sure it will be absolutely beautiful.

 

I'm still doing my resort research, but I think we might go with the Iberostar Daiquiri. Keep us updated and I can't wait to see pics!
