Congrats and Welcome to the Forum! I was also torn. After taking a tour of both, I personally prefered the beach, but am thinking about doing part of my TTD on the clifs. I think wherever you stay in Negril you can go to Ricks and jump off of the cliff (and not so much surf there I dont think- but beautiful sand!)... there are sunset booze cruises that go there for cliff jumping and hh... sound so fun:)
