I agree with caribbean lover, you are probably burning crazy calories when you're running errands with the baby and every bit helps. So having said that- have a brownie for me and just work out super hard tomorrow!

I'm gonna try to fit in a workout tomorrow, but I have appointments (dentist, and I am not one who enjoys it) and the first dinner of my turkey marathon to cook, so I wont make any promises-except not to have that third helping. Wish me luck!

MMMMMMM TURKEY!!!!!! I'm no food expert so correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't turkey one of the lean meats that is good for you? I mean, sure maybe not by your third helping (heheh melidell) and I won't even mention details about the rest of what's on the table - but it's got to score us some points right?!

And Suzy - I'm up on Coventry Hills, so practically in Airdrie! LOL! But I tell you, it's great access to the new mall in Balzac!! You mentioned doing yoga down on 17th ave so I'm guessing that you're somewhere more in the SW??
I've never tried hot yoga actually. I was doing yoga a while back but I've got a bad wrist with tendonitis that was getting aggravated a lot so I stopped. Hehe, plus i was doing it a few years back when I needed a calming excuse to ditch my ex for a few hours!! LOL!!!!!!!! I'm sure that we could find something on common ground though!

The great thing about this thread is that it's making us all aware of how much we're moving and what we're putting in our mouths and feeling a bit more accountable for it. That's a huge step.

I did 30 minutes on the eliptical today so 3x to the gym this week!

Got weighed at the dr and lost another pound so 12 total in 6 weeks. He gave me a Vitamin B shot today so we'll see how that helps.

Well, I did resist the second and third helpings last night, however if you had seen the size of my first helping... well.... let's not talk about it, okay?

So needless to say I'm trying to get up the motivation to get on the eliptical before I go to work (and having to go in to work unexpectedly on the long weekend already has me crabby), any words of encouragement? I think I have residual turkey coma because I'm sooo lazy this morning.
