Anyone Using Ring Bearer Shell Instead Of Pillow?

another cute idea, using shells, just a seperate one for each ring...

Here's a pic of my ring bearer~ doesn't he look thrilled!!! He's so funny! He can be so serious sometimes! Anyway, we tied the rings together with a ribbon, so we didn't have to worry about them falling in the sand!

Someone on here had some like it- can't remember who. Anyway, we went to Cozumel on Monday and I searched high and low for shells like that (we also used them for our sand ceremony). Finally found them at a little shell shop across the street from our resort (I did have a back-up shell from home, but didn't like it as much)!! I couldn't believe it! In fact, on my wedding day, I went back to buy the ones for the sand ceremony- nothing like the last minute! Then, I was afraid they'd take them from me on the way home (animal product). I had them all wrapped in a little bag I carried, and nobody even looked at them!!! I did have my receipts though, just in case! I need to find a nice place to display them where my cats can't get them!

I used the same one as Tammy but I will be changing my ribbon soon, I do not like the tone of the teal, I want it more aqua

Loretuke had them but being from Canada, its very hard to get into the country without paying a fishery fee, duty and so forth, so we opted to just do the sand ceremony with bottles, I bought them and decorated and that is pretty much it~

That is adorable! Makes me wish I had 2 ring-bearers instead of flower girls. Although my ring-bearer will be all of 2 years old at the wedding, so he might be even be up to participating...

I tried to put little touches here and there, but its just the two of us, so no need for lots of stuff for guests so I made sure the "little" things would show in pictures..
