Help, please with Pashmina color??

I plan to give out Pashmina's to the ladies at the wedding. Getting married in Cabo December 19 at 4:30pm. Should be warm at that time, but getting much cooler as the sun goes down. I only need to buy 6 of them. I have not picked colors yet, just waiting for my daughter to get her dress. She's my MOH and the only girl in the wedding party. We have discussed red (not a bright red but a deeper color), thinking it might be pretty so close to Christmas, but we'll see. Anyway, my question is: what color pashmina should I get the ladies? I know some of the BDW brides get the pashmina's in their wedding colors, but since I haven't picked a color yet (we're shopping for my daughter's dress this weekend) I was thinking about just getting black, thinking that they could be used later and is always a good color for evening. Oh, and 3 of the ladies are 30-35 and the other 3 are 55-85, and I'm not sure red would be a good color to get. What's your opinion?

I bought all black pashminas for my bridal party. They are all wearing black dresses too so that made it easy. Even if they were wearing a different color I still would have gotten them black because it goes with everything, it will be evening and they can use it after the wedding

Are you planning on using another colour with the red most of us have picked two colours.With the christmas element how about silver or gold or green.

You can't go wrong with a nuetral color... white, cream, grey, black

^I agree. Neutral is best, and I think any of those would work! I got a silvery-gray for my guests, and a creamy white for my BM's.

Where is a good place to get them? I live in Vancouver and dont want to spend too much on them.

OH, Great. I just tried to order from a website that other brides were real happy with (Shopping Cart wholesale pashmina scarves) and they won't take orders for my meezily (sp?) little order of six. Does anyone have any suggestions where I should look now?

Bubbles, the place I just listed looked like a good place. Only $3.95 and was recommended by other BDW brides. If you need to buy $50 worth, it might be worth looking at, but it said they only sold to wholesalers so I'm not sure if they ask for a number or not. Let me know if you find someplace else. I just need to buy six.
