Amy - I like the first one, but I get your point on the matronly look. But with the feather/hair piece you'll be fine. And Girl you are CRAZY, what big nose.

 

Diana - Are you getting your makeup done down there, or a friend? It never hurts to play around, especially with the make-up.

 

Diane & Diana - Just pace yourselves. I did and lasted 12 hours and I'm 30...so despite the long day, if you eat, drink water and enjoy...time will fly by. Enjoy yourselves, I will have to read the review with I get back that weekend.

Yeah, I am having makeup done by a MAC makeup artist. You're right, I am going to play around with the colors!

Well ladies I just found out my friends are doing something for me this Sat. I was given a time and adress LOL. I am extremly worried lol, lets jsut say they all know how to have a good time lol...

i'd say that you should let your skin tones dictate your color choices. do you look/feel better is warmer or cooler tones? your MAC artist will definitely have some good input for you too! good luck and i can't wait to see what you decide to do! i had a ton of fun with the girl at the MAC store and really liked the outcome.

I think Diane is right, match the makeup to what looks best with your skin, the MAC girl will do that for you so you don't have to worry about it at all.

Thank you! It only looked good from the sides and kinda plain. We may do a combo of the two hair styles since the back is the same in both.

The thing is that I wasn't planning to do a makeup trial...I think the MAC makeup artist will know on the day of my wedding. I hope so! I look better with warm tones, definitely.

I agree with you Di, earth tones and warms would look good with your skin, hair and eyes. With brown eyes too a little purply or greeny on the lower lash line always makes mine pop.
