Congrats and welcome to the forum! The great thing about Mexico is that there are TONs of all inclusive resorts to choose from. It really is the way to go!

 

Good luck with planning and if you need any help you can also go to Wedding Destinations and Planning | Destination Weddings .com. They are travel agents that primarly focus on destination weddings. They also help with picking a place that will accomodate your guests budget and they will also work with the onsite WC.

 

We are getting married on June 26, 2010 at Aventura Spa Palace. So far I havent heard anything bad about the Palace resorts and I have stayed at Cozumel Palace before. They are great there!
