New here.... Hello.. Time to get started!!

Hello -

 

Just signed up and wanted to say Hi. My fiancee and I are planning on having a destination wedding in April of 2010. We were all for Jamaica but am now leaning towards Bahamas. We are not sure which is the better place to go.

 

Jamaica seems like it would be a better time, with more to do. However, Bahamas is much closer (to Boston) than Jamiaca for are guests. Regardless of what we do, we do plan on leaving directly after the wedding and going to a different spot on whatever island we are on, or leave the island all together??

 

So thats my story... I will always thank you for your input but wanted to say it ahead of time. Thank You... This is a very intimidating experience.. Hopefully all the piecies will fall together

Congrats and Welcome! The Forums are a great place to start...a friend of mine was in Jamaica for her Daughters wedding in July and they had a great time! Bahamas I'm sure would be just as great. It all depends what you are looking for, all inclusive, adults only etc. Happy Planning!
