After searching EVERYWHERE, I couldn't find a pair of shoes that I liked, were comfortable, reasonably priced, and good for a beach wedding (our ceremony is on the beach but I wanted to wear shoes so I was really looking for a nice wedge). Then I found a pair back in my closet that I had bought for like $10 for a Halloween costume that are white wedges! I didn't like they way they looked though, even if you wouldn't really be able to see them. But otherwise, they were perfect. So I decided to embellish them with a fabric flower. The flower was super easy to make!

Fabric Rose and Peony

I followed the instructions above. I got fabric swatch samples from JoAnn for most of the fabric - I mixed in white and light ivory fabrics. I sewed a pin on the back (you get them at Micheal's, etc.) and attached to the shoe! When I'm done I can take them off. I'm thinking of making corsages and a hair clip too!
