Question for those who have used MyPublisher

For those of you who have used MyPublisher for photobooks, did you have any problems with the program running really slow and/or routinely "not responding"? I have encountered both of these problems. Thankfully, the "not respondeing" issue does not cause it to shut down, but it is taking me forever to put together my photobook.

I have use my publisher for our engagement photo's and it was wonderful, there was a coupon and I got a free book, I had no problems and, my book can in a week!!!!!!!!!!
