Any Red Deer, Alberta and area brides???

I live in Calgary, but also have family in the Red Deer/Ponoka area. I am getting married in May in Mexico.

Our wedding is coming up pretty quickly...less than a month until we hop on a plane to the Mayan Riviera. Same date as you Ashley...just this year instead of next year. We're getting married at the Gran Bahia Principe...so if anybody in this area has any special requests for anything to be brought back from the resort...just let me know. Keep me posted on the GTG plans...

I live just outside Didsbury in the county. We are planning on getting married in Jan 2011 in the Mayan Riviera. Glad to see some other people from the area on here. Would love to do a GTG - keep me posted!

Awesome!!! Glad to internet meet you all! I think that Red Deer would be the best location to do it, because it's the centre for our Calgary and Edmonton girls that would like to get in on the GTG as well! Any ideas as to where? Restaurant (we don't have much of a selection, but if there is a relatively small amount of us this would be possible)? Bar/Lounge? Mall? Someone's back yard if they have one? A park?

 

So many possibilities. If anyone had a house big enough or if we got together soon enough we could do a potluck at a park.

 

Let me know what your ideas are!

Red Deer is good for me - the only place I can think of is possibly Moxies...they have some killer drinks there...lol
