Plumeria flowers in bulk

Recommended Posts

Ok I think I understand what you're saying..what flowers are you using? I have seen plumerias used..which I like that idea but they have no stems? They won't stay "drowned" in the water? Have you attempted any of this yet yourself?

i am using orchids, so it's easy to do it with the stems of those. you can always try the plumerias... they may just not stay in the position that you want them to. i tried doing it without securing them somehow and it looked messy, and then the lady who is doing my flowers told me how to do it the right way and made up a practice centerpiece for me using that method. what they do with real flowers is take really thing wire and attach it to the flower to make the same base.. always a possibility with the plumerias too if you can't get it to work right.

ebredhawk your original post about the submerged flowers being difficult got me worried that's also what I'm doing for centerpieces. I think I understand what you mean about anchoring the flowers though. I'm submerging orchids and then I want to use some plumeria petals to scatter around the table.
