I don't know what your budget is, but Del Sol Photography down there is amazing.

There are a ton of photographers on the forum that you can check out. The others have already listed some of the threads where you may find them.

 

I ended up booking with photographers from Toronto and flying them down with me. They are absolutely amazing and I'm really excited to see how my pictures will turn out. Here's their website: Verve Photo Co.
