Hi, Congrats and welcome. I'm getting in married in Jamaica so I can say anything about the weddings in Cancun but I have been to Cancun three times and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It's my favorite place in the world.

 

As far as the photography goes I would definetly take one with you. I guarantee you will find one for a good price. Some photographers are willing to go for travel expenses just to expand their portfolio. If you plan on going to any bridal shows I would consider starting there (If they are any time soon) and when photographers talk to you I would just tell them what the deal is and what your willing to pay for...and what you want.
