RSVP on website?? Need Opinion on something!

So I'm drafting up my AHR invites and wanted to let guest be able to RSVP online or call. We already have a website that allows guest to RSVP for different events....

 

I am afraid that by telling guests to go online they will want to RSVP for the ACTUAL wedding. What should I put beside the events that nicely says... Please RSVP for the event your invited to Is there a way around this?

Hmmmm what if you split the RSVP for the AHR and the wedding up onto two different pages? Then you could hide the wedding RSVP page until after the AHR deadline? Then the guests will only have one option? Just a thought.

i agree with above..hide one page then start the other when you are ready...it would be a little rude to let people see it who are not invited lol

I do like the idea of hiding the page the best but if that doesn't work out partially due to the fact that you're not leaving too much time before the wedding for RSVP's then what about password protecting the RSVP for the wedding page. My wedding planning site allows me to do this but i'm not sure if yours does.

 

You may have to send out an email or call people on your wedding list to let them know the password but at least you will have your RSVP's coming in for both throughout the year as planned.

 

Just another idea for you!
