I used a program called Adobe InDesign which luckily my company purchased for me so I could use it for some work projects (it's silly expensive). I am by no means a graphic design type but I was able to figure this out in this program. I think I could have done it in PowerPoint as well, InDesign just helped to make it a bit more crisp and professional.

Oh and thanks for the comments all!!! I love the colours too! I didn't want to hold back on the brightness that's for sure

I think your color selections are beautiful, and Adobe InDesign is a wonderous program, indeed! Having worked in the magazine and catalog industry for a few years, I would say that you did beautifully!

 

The only thing I might suggest is making the TEXT around the outside of the circle a bit larger...it deserves the space and you might want that information to make more of a statement.
