Help...Brief Itinerary needed

Hello Ladies... my wedding at the OGX in Riveria Maya is approaching fast...just 45 days!!!! I am running out of time!

 

I want to create a simple welcome letter & itinerary for my OOT bags. Does anyone have a template? I haven't been able to find many itinerary postings. I am hoping to arrange an "unofficial" cocktail hour to welcome my guests on Thursday, the wedding ceremony will be on Friday followed by a semi-private dinner at one of the restaurants. Has anyone done something similair? I am expecting approx. 32 guests.

 

I am also having a hard time creating a logo...I found a thread that lists powerpoint instructions but I do not have neough points to download the documents- is there a more simple way?

i have a pretty cute template that i used for a friends wedding, email me and i can forward it to you (it's already in my email from when i sent it to my FSIL to use for her own wedding)
