i am sure there are many - but this is the one i checked frequently: Used wedding dresses. New, sample & used designer gowns. Buy & sell online.

i think the knot does - but not sure how "formal" it is, and how you post on it. and there isn't much required to post on craigslist - it's pretty basic!
