Where do I put RSVP?

I am making my own invitations and we are going to send out just one card for the invitation (no rsvp card or travel info....we sent a STD with travel info earlier). Is it okay for us to put "Kindly RSVP by DATE" at the bottom of our invitation? They also have to rsvp on our website, so somehow i have to direct them to the website as well.

 

Any suggestions on how i do this? Is it inappropriate to put RSVP'ing on the invite without having its own card?

Here's one invitation I found with an RSVP on the actual invitation itself (although it's for a bar mitzvah, not a wedding, but still works! )
