Cabos or DR

I was debating that in the beginning too..but i dont know if this matters to you but there are no direct flights from NY to Cabo..which is just something to consider.

Any place u decide will be beautiful though.

Congrats and welcome. Been to Dominican Republic and it was gorgeous I like Punta Cana side better than Puerto Plata and I have never been to Cabo. We are getting married in Mexico due to flight times and kids travelling with. Good luck where ever you go I am sure it will be perfect.

My best advice as you start down the road to your wedding day would be just to take your time and do lots of research before you book or buy anything (attire, flowers, you name it!) and make sure it's all that you've envisioned for your BIG DAY!

 

And that's where this phenomenal site comes in: BDW has proven to be invaluable in my planning, and it's comforting to know that there are other brides and grooms out there experiencing the same highs and lows during their planning process -- a friend is always just on the other side of your computer screen!

OH tough call, I have been to both locations and they are both beautiful

 

Punta Cana was more humid then Cabo

At most resorts in Cabo, you can't swim in the ocean

Punta Cana's resorts are spread apart

Cabo would be great if your expect to do lot of partying

 

But really it comes down to a personal choice
