We have a small group and most of us will be either traveling together or arriving on the same day. So I am arranging a welcome cocktail gathering after everyone has a chance to settle in and we will had out the OOT Bags personally then...and we can put those mugs right to work!

We are going to be arriving the same day as all of our guest. All on the same charter plane as well. So our plan is to check in get our bags organized and hand deliver them to our guest. If we dont see everyone we are having welcome drinks later that night, so we can hand them out. I plan to get a list from the hotel telling me what room all of our guests are in.

Just think of all the space we'll have on our return flights since our guests will be more loaded down! Hee-hee!

Great thread, I didn't even think of this before! Like shoyum, my group is all travelling together on a charter flight, so it'll be nearly impossible to arrange to have them in the rooms beforehand. I suppose we'll end up handing them out at the welcome dinner.

We plan to have a welcome dinner the evening before the wedding so we will hand them out then.

We would love to wait to give them to our guests after we arrive at the resort, but we decided that it's easier to give it to them at the airport. Luckily for us, almost all of our guests are flying out of Toronto on the same day, so we plan to arrive at the airport a bit early and greet them before they check their bags. It's definitely not as exciting as giving it to them at the resort, but it will save us some hassle...my sister-in-law did it this way, and it worked out okay...just another option...
