Congrats and welcome to the forum! Sounds like you've been through a lot this past year and if you're wanting a stress free wedding I think you've made the perfect choice. Welcome to the forum. My only amount of advise to you is to check out the requirements of getting married at the above locations. We eliminated a few choice locations because all the documents needed to be translated. The cost was terrible. I have been divorced and the translation alone on that was worth more than my wedding dress.

 

Hope that helps with your decision. I must say though - Spain is magnificent, depending on what time of fall it can be quite warm.

I also vote for Spain or Italy. One of my girlfriend's is a huge fan of Spain and has spent 3 weeks traveling the countryside. It is absolutely gorgeous country, and Europe is so close for you.
