DYIers: guestbook or photobook

I have been all over this forum and have come up with so many great ideas for my own wedding in Puerto Rico in 2011. One I thought I would share with you is a DIY guestbook that looks professional for the fraction of the cost. There is a crafter's machine YourStory by Provocraft that does book binding and laminates. My idea is to purchase a cover album (www.ohmycrafts.com has low prices for the covers), print off a few custom lined sheets and bind them together. Then on the cover I want to put my monogram on it. Sounds cool but I'm not too crafty...what type of paper would you use to fill the album?? are you buying the machine to bind the book or are you sending it out to be bound?

You can use any type of paper which makes it so neat. You just have to buy their covers since they are lined with an adhesive.
