I had to call them as well, it kinda worked better for me because I was able to get them to send it in a flat-rate shipping box instead of Fed ex (ended up being about $14 cheaper for me). They were great to deal with. I was also able to make sure that they just listed 'decor' on the package so we wouldn't have issues with the border. Good luck
