I would love to do this, has anyone used the Fuji instax mini 8, was it reliable? We want to buy it soon, so w can ship some wedding stuff to my Fiancé's parents. Thanks :-)

I just bought the fuji instax mini it was a bundle with bag, cleaner, film and shipping for $99. I'm going to use it this weekend at my bridal shower. We are setting up a diy photo booth. The pics I've taken so far with the camera were good. I also plan on bringing it to cancun for my wedding and do a diy photobooth at the reception.

My friend did for hers. You signed a card. Did a Polaroid shot and she put them together after. She said if I planned to do it to have someone in charge who will ensure everyone does it. She's missing a lot of people.

Mine's getting delivered today - I ordered it from amazon.ca - I got it on sale with 2 packs of film for $65! 

 

I'm not using mine for a guestbook - instead I'm setting up a sign (need to work on the wording) asking guests to take 2 pics - one for the mini easel frames I'm having on everyone's dinner plate for a favour, and the other to either clip on some frames that I'l be making (but with materials in our colours of yellow, grey and white - inspo pics below) or to clip on a banner we will have hung up at our reception.
