Thank you so much for the warm welcome! You're right, this website is totally addicting!!

 

To the person who asked for a workout plan for someone who hates to work out, I do have a recommendation. I suggest buying a book called The Pilates Body by Brooke Siler and a dvd called Classical Pilates Technique - The Complete Mat Workout.

 

The DVD is pilates taught the way Joseph Pilates intended--performed quickly, accurately, and with little time for transitions. The book will ensure that you know what proper form is.

 

I know this sounds boring, but I've saved the best part for last. The DVD has levels: Modified Basic, Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. The basic workout is ONLY 7 MINUTES LONG. The intermediate workout is ONLY 17 MINUTES LONG.

 

When a workout is that short, there's no excuse not to do it. All you need is an exercise mat. Hope this helps, I know how much pressure there is to look your best on your wedding day!
