DH has confirmed - this bill has NOT been passed yet!

He definitely would have been briefed on it yesterday when he went to work! lol

 

His quote "Hasn't been enacted yet, they think sometime in October maybe. Hasn't even had a second reading at Queen's Park yet"...if that means anything to any of you! lol

FYI for Ottawa brides, or others who are close to the border... this law was passed in Quebec, so if you're going over to Gatineau or Montreal be sure to pull over if you have to use your phone.
