My best advice as you start down the road to your wedding day would be just to take your time and do lots of research before you book or buy anything (resort, dress, flowers, you name it!) and make sure it's all that you've envisioned for your BIG DAY!

 

And that's where this phenomenal site comes in: BDW has proven to be invaluable in my planning, and it's comforting to know that there are other brides and grooms out there experiencing the same highs and lows during their planning process...a friend is always just on the other side of your computer screen!

The more you participate, the faster it will become to where you'll have more privileges on the site, such as opening attachments and whatnot! Good luck planning, you'll still find great info no matter what your status! I have, and i'm still a noob

Welcome! No worries I felt the same way initially. With respect to attachments...I've found that some are downloadable (is that a real word?) and others you need the 150 posts..I'm not sure what the difference is, maybe its how people are attaching them () What I would suggest though is to not just read the threads but also participate..comment..offer suggestions etc. Before you know it you'll have enough posts to download everything. Good luck!
