Any Jamaica Brides using a outside Plannner?

Not sure if it's a thread anywhere on here referencing this but I am unable to find. I am getting married at Beaches Negril and I think it will be beneficial for me to have a planner other than the one provided by the Resort. If anyone can recommend a planner I appreciate it. Thanks.

it lists quite a few wedding planners. Also, Alamaire from Tropical Weddings Jamaica - Create Your Own Wedding Package in Jamaica has been very prompt in returning emails about inquires that I've had.

I'm using Chic Events. They are really nice and great and responding back to you via email or phone. I would defintely recommend them.

We used Kareen Smith-Lawrence of Exclusive Tropical Wedding Jamaica and loved her! Here's the link my review of our wedding and in the wedding day part there's contact info for Kareen! She's based out of Montego Bay, very close to the airport but she plans weddings all over the island!

I have been thinking about hiring an outside coordinator as well, but I really wasn't sure how much more money I want to add to my budget. Do you mind sharing what their fees were for their services? Thanks!!

As far as I know the WC fees are contingent upon your budget for the wedding but I can be wrong.

Hello Ladies, I used Sadeki with Chic-Events. I can't say enough about working with her. She was very responsive and will get you the most for your budget. Just tell her the things that are important to you and she will help you come up with just the right things to make your day special. I got married on August 14th at a private villa overlooking MoBay. She went above and beyond....Hope this helps!
