How did you choose your bridesmaids??

We're keeping it simple with just a MOH( my sis) and BM ( his bro). One of the best decisions we've made. No need for us to decide who will be in it/ not in it/ hurt feelings. I do want to assign certain roles to some important ppl who will be attending so they feel like they have something to do.

I don't think the wedding party needs to be even, but my FI disagrees! We had 3 on each side, but now his friend who was to be a bridesmaid has had to back out for financial reasons. I don't want to ask anyone else, we still have 5 important people standing up for us, that's a lot of love!

 

So I say who cares! Now I just need to convince my FI!!

Maybe your friends could be invovled in your wedding in other ways...readings etc. Plus, your close friends usually understand the situation and some of them might even be relieved that they don't have to spend the money on a dress etc. Remember it always works out....
