rhinestones in hair idea

I just came back from a trial run for my hair and my hairdresser had an easy and inexpensive way to dress up your hairdo. She suggested getting crystals or rhinestones (like from Michael's) and gluing them in your hair with eye lash glue. She said you can place them underneath your hair for a subtle effect and they come right out if you use rub them with something oil based (just a little). Not sure I'm going to do it (she didn't actually do it in my hair because she had the little pins you "screw" in) but I thought I'd share!
