Hello everyone! I stumbled across this forum while trying to get some info on Destination weddings, and it seems like the best one! I'm not actually engaged yet, but my boyfriend and I have been looking at rings and we both decided we wanted to do a destination wedding in Playa del Carmen, Mexico when we do get engaged :) We took a trip there earlier this year in March and we both fell in love! We're looking at going back early next year also. Anyway, I'm just here to get as much info as possible, so thanks in advance for all of your help!

Super19 - thanks for the link! The resort we stayed at last time was the Riu Palace Riviera Maya, and I am pretty much set on that resort for a wedding too cheesy.gif The Royal is a wonderful resort as well, but we like the resorts in the Playacar community best.

KittenHeart - I'm a big planner too! I've been reading the posts here about the Riu Palace RM and I'm kind of concerned about the WC not contacting you until 2 months before the wedding! I'm sure it will all be worth it though :)
