oh sorry girls! Ive lost my mind and haven't been on here much so completely forgot. DH and I have been doing our own BL so thats had me a little distracted and we have millions of personal issues taking us in a hundred different ways.

 

I'll check in on you guys often! Plus I have some AWESOME recipes for you. Joe and I didn't get a chance to work out this week cause of our craziness going on but I started cooking healthy and light and he lost 4lbs and I lost 3.2lbs from just counting calories and eating better. You wouldn't believe this food was healthy!

Hope everyone is off to a better start than me! I ate like total crap last night and didn't go to the gym all week. The weekend isn't going to be much better, we have a baby shower, mom's b-day dinner, kids' sports stuff, appointments and a friend from out of state spending the weekend with us! So without feeling too gulity my goal is to get back to the gym Sunday night... we will see!

Alright losers, let the contest begin! lol I'm excited to share ideas. :) I'm heading to write a paper for school, drop it off and then hopefully get outside for some exercise before I have to go to work.

Hey ladies

I am horrible I have cupcakes in the oven as we speak/type and a pot roast on the slow cooker. I needed some comfort foods. I've been so stressed over the past week. I've been on vacay all week so next week i will put myself back in healthy eating mode. And since I have my dog back walking her will be more exercise for me... Jaci I can't wait to get those recipes.

*BIG HUGE TIP 4 CUPCAKE and CHOCOHOLICS!*

 

Only add 12oz of diet coke(this eliminates the eggs and oil usage) to a box of low sugar Devils Cake mix pour in the cupcake tray and voila you get 12 cupcakes at about 140 calories each with onlly 2g's of fat :) YUM!

 

They come in handy when cravings attack! And trust me it works!

While I'm not officially participating in the contest since I'm hosting I'm still going to try to keep up with you ladies with go to the gym more frequently and eating healthier! I travel during the week for work, so we always eat out. I need to stick with the healthy stuff. Jac I think we'd def love it if you could post some of those recipes!
