Oh, that. That is basically extra skin/fat that will only go away once the fat is burned off. Unfortunately, unless you do liposuction, there is no way to spot reduce. Diet is going to play a huge role. A few postural changes will also decrease their presence too. I would pay attention to the lat workouts as those are the muscles underneath those areas and having some tone in those areas may help. Plus when you build and flex the lats, it gives you a nice 'V taper' that gives the illusion of a tiny waist. I am horrible about taking pictures of myself, but when I get a camera and my FI around, I will show you the difference.

alright, that sounds good! Lipo is unfortunately something that I have ALWAYS wondered about for myself, since even when I was into sports and pretty athletic I still had that. I just have to get rid of the chubbies underneath... hahahha

Well I stayed about the same this week. I was actually up a bit after the Halloween weekend, so I was glad to get that back off.

Yeah I was down a couple ounces or so, but I think it was the Halloween alcohol that sabotaged me... cause otherwise I did well!

 

Did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today, WOW it killed me!!
