Ginalyn! I sent you two emails with my weigh-in, because our stuff FINALLY arrived here in Florida late last night so I got my weigh-in done Not that it makes a diff., I gained anyway! haha

I figured I would give a daily update. Today I am sick, so I made a batch of low-sodium soup and threw some veggies in it. I still had to go to work for a partial day so I just grabbed a bottle of ginger ale to drink while I was there. I got hungry while I was there so I bought a beef patty at a jamaican restaurant near work (didn't have time to eat a more health-conscious food like veggies and meat). I came home and drank some more low-sodium soup. Fortunately today was a rest day so I haven't missed a workout yet. I'll see how I am feeling tomorrow.

Great job again this week ladies. I've gotta get a scale for our new house. I'm throwing a surprise party for my best friend tomorrow night so the eating (and drinking) will NOT be healthy. lol Hopefully I can make up for it during the week.

Hmm, for some reason I didn't get it last night...sorry! Steph you will be fine! I exercised today, even though it is ridiculously hot here!! The heat isn't so bad, but its the humidity!

I shopped all day and my feet were hurting when i got home so I think that was enuf exercise for me....

 

I so suck i had my 2nd final fitting today and finally brought my dress home. I then turn around have a cheese steak for dinner. Thank God for my all in one.

Had a good day yesterday, exercised and ate well! Hoping I can have a good weekend in total, but halloween party alcohol could abotage me!! Hehe
