Ok stupid question! Is the deadline to email the photos tonight or tomorrow?!

Deadline for before pics and initial weigh in is Wednesday Sept 23 by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time zone please!).

 

Weekly Wednesday weigh-ins (wow, try saying that 5 times fast) are due Wednesdays by 11:59 PM Eastern Time zone as well.

 

I will compile everything I get and hope to post the official list of BL7 participants Thursday night. For those participating please feel free to add the BL7 siggy banners into your siggy (located in Post #1).

Can you still send me a before pic and initial weigh in (even though I know with your diet you weigh in on Saturday, can you do a quick weigh in tonight)? Kathy, I would just send your weight as of today, even though in the future your pics will be on Saturdays. That way everyone is starting on the same day. Just a thought...
