Marriage Blessing Gifts

Hey everyone!

 

So today we are going to a marriage blessing for my FI cousin. Im honestly not sure of the how or when they got married. I dont think they had an actual wedding.....that I can remember. And I know this couple has been together maybe 5-6 years.

 

What should we bring gift wise? I went to look for a card and thought...I shouldnt get a wedding card. So maybe anniversary, but I dont think this is their actual anniversary....

 

It is at a church, and than a reception later at a very nice house.

maybe just a simple wishing you well/happiness card? Or a blank card and write your own message

Have they been living together? You could get something for their home and I think the blank card idea is the way to go, just put something nice inside about happiness for their future that way it doesn't focus on a wedding date.

How about just a "congratulations" card? As far as a gift, maybe a gift card or as always, good old cash.

I agree with a congratulations card and write a personal message. Cash is king!
