HELP!!! With picking shoes for Bridal Shower Dress

From the picture of the dress the darker shoes look like they would look best so 2 or 4, I like 4 the most. Purple was the best color IMO for January, eventhough green is my favorite color and that orange looked too summerish

alll three are classy. the green might be a little too bright i feel. i really liked the orange but the pruple goes well too. seems like everyone likes the purple. you can't really go wrong with either

Being January it might be cold but the orange shoes match the style of the dress, I love the great shoes, love them but I must say I don't think they go with the dress.
