Welcome! I am having a bigger guest list also but I am not having the ceremony at the hotel - I am having it at a church but if you work just with the hotel event/group coordinator instead of the wedding coordinator you might get a better rate.

Congrats and welcome ! I'm am getting married in DR next year and I have about 60 people going with us and we are getting married at Dreams and they can accommodate us. I found that most of the resort would accomodate big groups at an additional price for private functions

Hi Kristy,

In Tulum, there are two medium size hotels that sound perfect for your event. Blue Tulum and Mil Amores. Take a look at my wedding review for an idea of the venues. I've never had a larger group turned down from a venue. I would suggest that you pick a place and then negotiate for what you want. Just use their packages as a guideline.
