Please post who your photograper was

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am getting married at the Moon Palace next year. We are so unsure what to do with regards to the photographer. We don't know whether to use the hotel one or book one outside of the hotel.

I would be so grateful if you could post who you used, how much they cost (including how many hours were included in that price) and what you thought of their work.

This would help me out immensely.

Thanks so much cheesy.gif

Hi Angela,

We have several threads on the forum that lists photographers people may have used. Sometimes the resort photographer does a nice work, however you don't get as many photos and coverage and you might if you bring a photographer with you. If you bring a photographer, they would usually stay 2-3 days (sometimes longer) and you'll have coverage of pre-wedding photos, all day wedding coverage and usually a TTD/Day after photo shoot all included in their package.

Best of luck and happy planning.

The Moon Palace has a restrictive policy on outside vendors. My understanding is that you cannot bring in any outside vendors. This policy is sometimes relaxed and people have brought a photographer or hired a local and claimed they were just a guest. Be clear about this policy with your wedding planner before you make a lot of plans or put any deposits down.

Definitely check out other threads. There are lots on photographers, but most photographers have several different packages which include different hours, prints, etc etc. And alot of brides do a custom package.

Or look up photographers you like and inquire about their prices.

But like Paul said Moon Palace is known to not allow outside vendors so check on that first

We're getting married at Aventura Spa Palace (same chain) and we had to list our photographer as a guest and get them a day pass.

We have ours for 5 hours and it's around $3500. del Sol Photography

But like everyone else has said there are TONS of threads where this is talked about so I'm sure you can find all the info you may need.

Good luck!
