Dreams bride to be..question about wedding coordinator

I will start with a little history....

I have booked and confirmed a Valentine's Day wedding at Dreams. I emailed the coordinator, and Yesica answered my email and introduced herself as my WC. During this same time I was emailing other WC not affiliated with the hotel, just to get pricing comparisons. One of the other WC's contacted Dreams on my behalf (just to ask a question) shortly after the contact was made, Yesica stopped returning my emails. I called one day to speak to her and Yarai answered the phone and helped me with my concerns. I sent an email with CC's to Yesica, Yarai and the outside WC stating that I decided to use onsite WC services. I have since been speaking to Yarai about the wedding and trying to confirm things such as menu, photographer, etc. Should I contact Yesica again, or should I just assume that Yarai is now my wedding coordinator? are they a team? I am a little confused honestly.

i would just work with yarai since you have been in contact with her. yarai and yesica and both great and work together so i am sure everything is fine.
