Congrats and Welcome. I would say one thing to keep in mind (knowing your guest count is 60) is that most wedding packages at resorts tend to cover the first 20 guests. There is an additional fee per person once you have exceeded the package amount. I would say the additional fee can range anywhere from $45 to close to $100. You can find more info if you do a search on your given resorts. Its too bad they dont offer larger packages (Maybe they do, but I'm not aware of?), as I will also be having a wedding in similar size to yours.
