We utilized the regular bar and had waiters at the el patio for our cocktail hour (my ceremony was at the gazebo) and then they set up a bar next to our reception at oceanna terrace that was open until 10:30 or so for the reception

Any idea if there is more than 1 ballroom for a reception? They list "ballrooms" on their website, but only show a picture of one??

the way it is set up is that it can be a really giant ballroom or broken up into smaller ones...
