My TA took care of this for me so it was no issue. I knew within two days that my date was confirmed. If you need a reference, I am working with a fabulous TA in Denver. Best of luck!

Great idea, thanks! I just liked them and will be sure to comment if I need an answer faster. I do have a TA already and she is the reason I just finally got an email. Thanks again!

Hey girls, i am meeting my travel agent in the next couple of days to sign the group agreement with dreams.... does anyone have any experience with this ? So far it seems the group package from dreams is working out a little cheaper for guests staying 3 and 4 nights rather than doing it through a website such as expedia, travelocity etc. im just a little nervous about signing any kind of agreement! We are starting low with just the 10 rooms and we figured we will build up from there. from what  i get so far its 100$ per person per room to hold it and then every 6th room is free. . . . i hope im not making a mistake booking this way!! also still shocked at how high the prices are for my wedding weekend, i can already tell some people wont be able to make it... :*(

Please do not worry brides--everything gets straightened out when you arrive at the resort and meet with your coordinator. My coordinator was Gina, she was awesome and did everything the way we wanted. I will be back to put more of a step-by-step review, but for now--enjoy wedding planning!! Here is the link to our slideshow--we also had Anel, she did a great job! She was from adventurephotos from the resort.

Hey Ladies,

I leave in 5 days and I am just wondering how did everyone pay for their wedding? Should we get travelers checks? Did you just charge it?

Also my wedding coordinator has not answered my emails in weeks so I am really going down there without knowing much details about the big day! its so frustrating!

Hi Emily!

Thank you for your kind words!!!

The reception at Seaside Grill was beautiful but it was very HOT!  We had a night with NO BREEZE at all!  I imagine February would be different, though.  :) They did say it was not safe from rain though because it's got like a tiki hut roof, nothing to protect you, and it is open air.  :)

Does anyone have an opinion of how the dance floor looks on the deck !? I have been looking through the DJs photos and i cant decide if it looks good or not. in some pictures it looks good and in others it looks like it makes the deck look smaller. also i seen a pic where a girl had used the deck for the tables, but had the dance floor set up infront of the deck on the sand...... also looked like she had some lounge furniture layed out on the beach around it..... this looked cool but im just not sure how it would work lighting wise & if people would want to go into the sand to get onthe dance floor.... hmmm i am stressed over such tiny details ggrrrrr..

any opinions especially from people who have maybe seen any of these options or had them would SOOOOOOOOOO be appreciated!!
