Photography... Im getting the Ultimate package... Is that Adventure Photos? Anel? Because I like those pics! Im so confused.

All I can say is that I am working with a Apple Rep in Denver and she reserved rooms for me in December of 2011 and my wedding is in November 2013...We are also getting discount. Not sure how much is compares to booking individual rooms online but they do offer the deal with booking 6 rooms and getting 7th free or whatever it is. I would definitely suggest using someone else to help you with this....or at least talk to another travel agent and see what they offer. It doesn't cost anything to use a TA so why not?

Hello

I need some help...

So far i have 23 guests and im not sure what to do for the Reception.

Im having the Ultimate Wedding Package because we wnat to have a Private Dinner.

But im not sure if i should get a DJ?

Or should we just go to the Lobby Bar for some drinks and maybe Desires for some dancing?

I dont know what to do!

Does anyone have a similar party size ... what are you doing?

What time are you doing your ceremony and reception? Alos I have many other brides on here instead of paying for the cocktail hour their guests just go to the lobby bar or outside bar instead. Unless it is included in the package and they won't let you substitute it for something else or credit you this may be an option. BTW Evangelina has yet to answer my email about our times!

The 36 pictures included with your package is only an hour coverage 30 minutes for the ceremony and 30 minutes right after. This is thebasic package that Adventure Photos offers and they charge $599 for this unless you are buying the love or ultimate package. Now this is what was sooooooo frustrating to me: I wanted to upgrade to the full day coverage plus trash the dress ($1499), however the photo company told me they dont "upgrade", I have to purchase the full package at the full price even tough the hotel already includes the basic photo package in my Ultimate wedding package.  I was really pissed that I would have to spend $2100 for a $1500 package. What are your thoughts on this rip-off?

I"m so so so bummed!  My TA gave me a range for group booking that is not what I expected and the rates are way higher than the range I had set!!! I think I am going to have change resorts!  right now it seems that my guest will pay about $210 a night and children $70/night!!  What is everyone guest paying?  Any input would be great...because right now all I can think of is switching to Dreams Cancun where it is cheaper!

Hello Ladies    (and guy too!)

We leave for DRC 1 week from tomorrow... SOOOO EXCITED!  Our wedding day is March 10!

I had my final dress fitting yeterday and it fit PERFECTLY (I am 5'5" athletic build, 145 lbs) I feel like if I gain a single inch it is going to be too tight... With flying and salty foods im freaking out!!!  Any suggetions?!  I got a water pill to take with me...

I think your calculation for adults is right but I am under the impression kids under 12 years old are free. Hope this helps...a little.
