Thank you! This is very helpful :-). I want my pictures while the sun is starting to set as well.

We worked this out by working backwards from sunset, which will be at around 7:13pm on May 3, 2011 according to http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/astronomy.html?n=923&month=5&year=2011&obj=sun&afl=-11&day=1  We really wanted to have the pictures taken on the beach while the sun is starting to set.

Hope that's helpful!

anywhere from 6-10ppl. 6 or 8 is comfortable and I think 10 would be a squeeze

Lisbeth told me the same: 6 to 9 people.

I have been looking for thermo insulated mugs to give out in guests' OOT bags.  Like item # IN-80/7142 from http://www.orientaltrading.com

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find anywhere that will sell fewer than 144!!  Has anyone found them elsewhere in a smaller quantity?  At this point, I don't even care if they are personalized or not!

My TA got a hold of Ana, who is my WC and she stated that their DJ is the same rate as Ivan.  300 usd plus taxes per hour.  She also left his email address if anyone is interested.  I thinks these rates are crazy especially when this new company does not have as much experience.
