Your wedding was Beautiful!!!!   I am so glad I looked through those it makes me feel hopeful that this will all come together.  Did you rent the lighting on the deck & if so where?  The pictures are amazing as well.  Thank you for sharing.  Michelle

Very nice pics. Congrats. I think alot of us get so nervous about hearing all the stuff thats going on and all the things that could go wrong that when we stop and look at a full slideshow of these pics, it kinda makes us feel a little better, like maybe somehow things really will come together in the end. At least, for me it helps!

So you and your group are gonna head to a restarauant and just eat off the menu?

Sounds like what I'm doing..just sorta nervous about it though =( With such a small group though, seems pointless to spend so much on a private reception.

All you asked for is to eat the cake in a restaraunt?

I asked the WC this same question earlier this week, because i didn't want them rolling our cake out right after the ceremony in the blazing heat, i would prefer it in the restaraunt after we eat, and her answer was "we''ll bring the cake out anytime you prefer"

Well here's hoping, right?! lol

Tropical Storm Karl hit 150 miles south of us and we got bands but according to storm pulse cancun is out of the band range for now!! YAY! That's great news!!! Even more exciting is that when there's a hurricane in the area the ocean looks BEAUTIFUL and the waves are huge so your pictures are going to be amazing!!!!  Keep thinking about the positives girls and we're all keeping our fingers crossed for you!

Hi everyone!  So I am getting married October 28, 2011.  We have confirmation of the date and time.  I also emailed the WC and received confirmation of who is in charge of our planning.  Her name is Magdalena.  I was also kind of pushy and chose our locations for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception so there are no misunderdstandings later on.   Now I'm not sure what the next steps are.  The WC said that we have plenty of time but I'm the type of person that likes to get things done in advance.  We have ordered our save the dates from Jessica of The Stylish Scribe.  Can't wait to get them.

Wow you're on it! I've put a deposit down for October 23, 2011! We might be there at the same time. You're ahead of the game in my estimation...or at least ahead of me! FI and I are visiting the RM next month to make our final decision. I'm holding the gazebo and pool deck for around 70 ppl. What about you? We're doing engagement photos next Friday and hope to get save the dates out in early December.

Yes, we are planning on flying down on Monday the 24th and wedding on the 28th.  We are doing the civil ceremony, what are you planning to do.  Wow, you have 70ppl going.  It's just going to be about 20 for us.  I requested ceremony on the beach and reception on the pool deck. Are you using your engagement pictures for your save the dates.  We decided on boarding passes.  Hopefully they will arrive by next month.  Please let me know how your visit goes.
