Dreams Riviera Cancun - Brides post here (new thread)

Boo - you asked a while back about the paper lanterns - there is room to hang them only by the buffet set up - which is where there are trees. I had paper lanterns that I got through DecoCancun and they used stands to hang them from so I could have them over by the tables and dance floor.

Of course you can see pictures!

I got 4 stands total and the cost was $260

I'm also going to post a picture of the cocktail hour set up only because I think it's one of my favorite wedding pictures so far (I love my little cousin, the flower girl)

And the lanterns - they were pink and orange but by this point in the night they all look orange! (this is from across the pool)

wow lily thank you so much for the pictures, hmmm I guess 260 isnt so bad I actually thought that it would be worse. In your picture from across the pool that is just two stands right? so there is allot of balls per stand. Hmmm something to think about...

Very cute flower girl! Just a cutie! I love your colours ours started out being touquise and coral and ended up being blue and orange. By that I mean everything is pink/yellow/orange ha ha! so loving the orange and pink touches!

Yep that's two - so each stand holds 4 strings, and each string has 3 lanterns.  They put a stand in each corner of the deck and for some reason I think there were twinkly/christmas lights over by the buffet...but I could have just made that up, it's all blur!

if you don't want to order through deco, feel free to email Gaby one of the above pictures and she if she can provide the stands for your own lanterns maybe.

I loved the bright colors up against the ocean for the ceremony - so anything with orange will be super pretty!
